First experience. Needed standard A service on a 2017 MB. The service was professional courteous and prompt. The pricing was also considerably cheaper than what I was quoted from other places. Check engine light on my vehicle came on, so it wouldn't pass state inspection. My usual repair shop was backed up and couldn't get me in for a couple weeks. I saw that Eurosport had good reviews and is two miles from home, so decided to give them a try. Was really glad I did. They pulled a boatload of error codes when they ran the diagnostics, so unsurprisingly, the estimate was pretty substantial. What was surprising, however, is that the folks at Eurosport referred to me to another shop for a large chunk of the repairs. Mario explained that the other facility does excellent work and would be a better option for me on this portion, as the second shop specializes in emission systems repair and would also save me money. This info was offered up proactively; I never even asked for other options for the repair. For me, this is what you hope for in any service you pay for - honesty. I will, without a doubt, go to Eurosport again in the future should the need arise. Can't say enough good things about the whole experience.

Have been coming here over the past few years with BMWs and my old Audi. They have always been honest and fair about pricing and set realistic expectations on all my cars. I just sent my 17yo son there for an oil change and once again, they were polite, professional, and respectful to him. They explained what they were doing on his car, didn't try to take advantage of him, and didn't talk down to him. Highly recommend them for all services

Eurosport Automotive did some work on my 2007 Porsche Boxster. Kris and the Team were very professional to work with. The car is now running great again - and I'll only bring it back to them.I also brought my wife's E350 Mercedes in 'for a 2nd opinion' after a large, local Mercedes dealership told me we needed about $1200 worth of repairs done after their diagnostic test - including new brakes. Eurosport Automotive did the same diagnostic test and called to say they will not do any repairs at this time as the car is in great working order, and that the brakes have about 50% life left.That's the kind of integrity and expertise I'm looking! I highly, highly recommend Eurosport Automotive!!!

I asked them about my previous maintenance records because I couldn’t locate them and they were able to send the info to me. Great guys I would definitely recommend them for any job on your BMW. Good thing is that they report to Carfax all your maintenances.

The owner is extremely careful about wearing masks, social distancing etc. Customers have to wait outside during the pandemic- but with a small waiting room, I admire them for their prudence. The costs of services are far below the dealerships and they don't oversell what is not needed. Excellent workmanship with the right equipment it takes to repair certain makes and models.- I have tried other alternatives and had issues. They are an authorized repair center for several brands. Once I discovered them, I became a repeat customer.

I purchased a lowered, modded JDM Honda Prelude and took my car here to see if they could raise my suspension so my tires wouldn't rub my fenders. The guys here are true car guys and said none of them wanted to touch my suspension because it was perfect and if they raised it, it would really detract from the look of the car. I agreed and will change the size of my tires so they fit better without changing the ride height. It's refreshing to have mechanics with integrity that truly love cars and only want what's best for them. If you love your car, bring it to these guys. They'll treat it right.

I have been a customer at Eurosport Automotive for several years. I have generally found them to be a very good business with strong ethics. Recently, I had an unexpected experience that made me question my continued patronage to Eurosport. As a result, I posted a dissatisfied review online as my final goodbye. To my shock, I was immediately (within hours) contacted by Kris at Eurosport and he committed to ensuring that my satisfaction would be achieved at any cost. Not only did Kris oversee my issue being resolved, he went above and beyond to ensure my car was in tiptop shape, not only addressing the initial issue, but ensuring a few other items were addressed.I cannot say enough about Kris and the team at Eurosport. The Eurosport team truly values customer satisfaction and if you feel that your satisfaction has not been met, please talk openly and candidly with Kris or someone in leadership and give them an opportunity to fix it. As a result of their hard work to keep my business, I will continue to be a customer and highly recommended them to anyone looking for an honest and fair shop that works on European vehicles.

Finding a good mechanic for Volkswagen is not easy per my experience and I am very happy I found this shop . They explain to you every single repair in detail and you get the best rate in town. I am leaving this review after almost couple of months of driving and my car is driving like a charm. I am sure I would have spent much bigger amount in dealer shop.

I started coming here for just general repairs on my and my wife's BMW's about 3 years ago. Now I'll say that our cars are both 1999 models (21 years old). But I'd dare anyone to find any other Bimmers of this generation (E46 & E39) in as good of condition as ours. All repairs and even modifications have been done quickly, cheaper than the dealer, and done better than anyone else could have done them in the area. These guys absolutely know their stuff when it comes to European cars! Even domestics! They service my Ford F150 as well. I'll always continue to use Eurosport for anything automotive. Thank you to my service advisors, Kris and Mario, and to the techs who have kept my cars in the BEST of shape!

I drive a 2002 BMW 530i with 165,000 miles on it so you can imagine the need for a trusted shop to fix the inevitable leaks and other problems with these cars. Such a shop is Eurosport where I have been a loyal customer for years primarily because of the excellent service and no-holds barred honest advice I have always experienced. In particular, Chris Johnson and Mario Maldonado are excellent trustworthy folks and I highly recommend them and Eurosport for your European car needs!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!I will never go anywhere else- have late models 06 BMW and 07 Land Rover tons of mileage on both - I have been a devoted customer for many many years for all my auto servicing needs and reason why I still have my 2 fossils today running great . I have been using Eurosport for a couple handfuls of German vehicles over the past 2+ decades. The team is extremely honest and frank with evaluations and recommendations. They explain what is urgent, what is recommended, and what is discretionary, and why. Communication is excellent. The value of the service is superb. They have also done me a great service with a few pre-buy inspections of pre-owned vehicles--pointing me to good vehicles and highlighting risks to help me avoid bad purchases. I would not take my European cars anywhere else. Eurosport has earned my highest praise and recommendation.

I just moved to Dallas and my 2008 Audi A4 2.0T (110K mi) had multiple issues pop up all around the same time (which I was told about prior to moving). Mario and Kris explained all my issues but didn’t push me to get them done at the same time and worked with me to handle major issues first. I never felt pressured to do any maintenance. Highly recommend!

My first experience here was nothing short of outstanding. Kris and everyone else at the shop we’re extremely helpful and informative as to what was wrong with my car. The prices are much less than what you can expect from other shops, but they do not cut corners in their diagnostics or technician work.All in all I definitely recommend this shop for their customer service and top-tier mechanic work. Friendly staff will get you in and out with what you need. I will definitely be back in the future.

Kris and Adam were really outstanding to work with. I would give them more than 5 stars if the rating system allowed it. They carefully diagnosed my car and only went ahead and replaced parts when they were sure it was defective. My problem was a complex issue with my diesel fuel system and they were very honest in providing status and recommendations. I would highly recommend Eurosport Automotive to anyone needing maintenance on their vehicle.

These guys are the best. Hands down. And they treat their customers like their own family. Seriously. They helped me out a few years ago. A bunch of us poor college kids were driving out to Dallas for summer work when one of our cars broke down. A BMW M3. Cracked the oil pan on a truck tire on the freeway. These guys knew we were broke and in a hurry. They pushed us to the front of the line, and put a temporary patch on oil pan. They went above and beyond to get us back on the road, and only charged us a small percentage of what they deserved to be paid.I can't praise them enough. A good business run by better people.

I own a high mileage BMW 535i. I like to perform some maintanance and repairs myself, but leave the critical items to the pros. Adam and the crew and Eurosport are very easy to work with and have done an outstanding job with diagnosis and repairs on my car.10/23/18 Update - time for some engine mounts and a washer fluid pump. I'm up to 160k on the 5 series and Adam and I just noticed I got 47,000 out of my last set of rear tires after Eurosport set my alignment.

Although they specialize in European cars, they took my Mazda in for the 24 month service at about 70% cheaper than my dealership. Adam is super knowledgeable and very honest.If you're looking for great customer service and right prices, look no further..
